A NEW GENERATION, A NEW CHAPTER FOR THE GROUP
For nearly three decades, Groupe ERM has grown around a strong family culture, hands-on expertise and an in-depth understanding of construction projects. Today, this story is entering a new chapter.
For the past two years, Anne-Sophie DE LA MATA has been working alongside her father, Jean-Michel DE LA MATA, to prepare the succession and future of the Group, with a clear ambition: to continue its development, structure its areas of expertise and create a new generation of services dedicated to clients and project owners.
It is within this dynamic that Seanne was founded in 2026.
SUPPORTING PROJECTS FROM THE CLIENT’S PERSPECTIVE
As part of the Group, Seanne specialises in Client Advisory (AMO) and Delegated Project Ownership (MOD), providing clients with strategic and operational support throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Its role is to represent and protect the client’s vision and interests: defining objectives, structuring the project, coordinating stakeholders, managing financial and programme considerations, and supporting key decisions through to final delivery.
Seanne therefore provides a comprehensive perspective, acting as the link between the client’s ambitions and the different areas of expertise required to bring them to life.
PASSING ON. STRUCTURING. GROWING.
The creation of Seanne also reflects a broader evolution within the Group.
It represents both a transition between two generations and a desire to develop and restructure the Group around clearly defined, complementary areas of expertise.
The experience built by Jean-Michel DE LA MATA and the Group’s teams is now combined with a new dynamic led by Anne-Sophie DE LA MATA: preserving the values and expertise that have shaped ERM while evolving its organisation to meet the projects and expectations of tomorrow.

Understanding a vision, protecting the project’s interests, anticipating risks and supporting informed decision-making require a relationship built on trust, transparency, attentive listening and close collaboration.

Although Seanne is a newly established company, it is rooted in the experience and expertise of a long-established Group.
As part of Groupe ERM, Seanne benefits from 27 years of experience in construction cost management, construction project delivery and project coordination, together with extensive knowledge of complex and high-end projects.
This connection to the Group’s wider expertise gives Seanne a valuable perspective: the ability to understand technical challenges while remaining focused on the client’s strategic, financial and operational objectives.
At the same time, Seanne retains a clearly defined role: to advise, represent and support the client throughout the development and delivery of the project.
