For nearly three decades, the Group has developed its expertise in construction cost management and construction project delivery, supporting its clients from the earliest financial and technical studies through to construction supervision and final handover
EXPERTISE BUILT IN THE FIELD
Over the years and through a wide range of projects, ERM has progressively expanded its expertise to provide more comprehensive support to its clients.
Alongside construction cost management and construction project delivery, the Group has developed capabilities in project planning and coordination (OPC), client advisory (AMO) and general contracting, enabling its teams to contribute at different stages of a project’s lifecycle.
This evolution has been shaped by hands-on experience and close collaboration with clients, architects and contractors, guided by a constant objective: to anticipate challenges, control costs and schedules, and ensure the highest standards of execution.
FROM THE ALPS TO THE FRENCH RIVIERA
The Group’s history is also closely connected to the regions in which it has grown.
With a strong presence in the French Alps and on the French Riviera, Groupe ERM primarily operates across the Alpine regions and the south of France. Today, the Group brings together around sixty professionals across four offices, combining their experience and expertise to support each project.This geographical presence has enabled ERM to develop an in-depth understanding of the specific challenges associated with mountain construction and projects with particularly high architectural and technical requirements.

A CULTURE OF HIGH-END PROJECTS
Throughout its history, Groupe ERM has contributed to a wide range of chalets, tourism residences, hotels, residential developments and commercial buildings.
Its portfolio includes projects in iconic destinations such as Courchevel, Val d’Isère, Megève, Val Thorens and Chamonix, as well as major hospitality projects in the south of France. Recent references include Hôtel du Couvent in Nice, Les Roches Rouges in Saint-Raphaël and Rosewood Le Jardin Alpin in Courchevel.
These experiences have helped shape ERM’s identity: a culture of precision, anticipation and high standards, particularly suited to complex and high-end projects.
