A PRESENCE BUILT AROUND OUR CLIENTS’ NEEDS
The story of Azurea Ingénierie began in 2021, when Groupe ERM decided to strengthen its presence in the south of France.
This expansion was driven above all by growing demand from long-standing clients of the Group, who wanted to benefit in the South from the same level of support, proximity and high standards that ERM had developed through its projects in the French Alps.
The opening of this office marked an important step in the Group’s geographical development: following its clients beyond its historical territories and establishing a strong local presence close to their new projects.
FROM THE ALPS TO THE SOUTH OF FRANCE
As new projects emerged, the business grew and the Group’s presence in the South became firmly established.
The teams progressively developed an in-depth understanding of the region, its specific requirements and its network of local partners, while continuing to draw on the experience and working methods developed by Groupe ERM over nearly three decades.
This presence has enabled the Group to support ambitious projects throughout the south of France, particularly in high-end hospitality, residential developments and projects with demanding architectural and technical requirements. Groupe ERM’s portfolio includes projects in Nice, Saint-Raphaël, Gassin, Bonnieux and Aix-en-Provence.
2026 — AZUREA INGÉNIERIE BECOMES A COMPANY IN ITS OWN RIGHT
In 2026, as part of a new phase in the Group’s development and restructuring, Anne-Sophie DE LA MATA decided to give the southern business its own identity and organisational structure.
The South of France office became Azurea Ingénierie, a dedicated company within the Group.
This evolution was designed to strengthen its regional presence, develop its teams and support its continued growth, while maintaining access to the experience, resources and complementary expertise of the wider Group.
Romain DE LACHAISE was appointed Managing Director of Azurea Ingénierie, with responsibility for leading the company and supporting its long-term development in the south of France. His position as Managing Director of the Azurea Ingénierie subsidiary is also reflected in the Group’s 2026 organisation.
A LOCAL IDENTITY, BACKED BY THE STRENGTH OF A GROUP
Today, Azurea Ingénierie reflects the Group’s ambition to combine local proximity with collective strength.
The company is developing its own identity and expertise in the southern French market while remaining closely connected to the experience and capabilities of Groupe ERM.
This structure allows Azurea Ingénierie to maintain close relationships with local clients, architects and partners, while giving each project access, whenever required, to a broader network of expertise across the Group.
